You’ll receive all the tools and training you need to get started.
Franchise owners and managers will complete an immersive training program at one of our Coconut Kenny’s locations in Washington State. Training includes both classroom instruction and in-store, hands-on experience. Our team also offers grand opening support and access to a detailed operations manual to guide you through daily tasks. We’re always available to help, whether it’s by phone, email, or a visit to your location.
The estimated initial investment to open a Coconut Kenny’s pizza and sandwich franchise ranges from $841,200 to $1,196,000. This includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new business, it’s important to ensure you have the capital to support your location through the startup and growth phases. Please refer to the FDD for complete investment details.
Coconut Kenny’s does not offer direct financing, but we may be able to refer you to qualified third-party lenders upon request.
Yes, franchisees pay a royalty fee equal to 5% of gross sales. This fee supports our ongoing training, operations assistance, brand development, and systems upgrades. Full details on ongoing fees and requirements can be found in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Franchisees are required to allocate 1% per week to local marketing, and an initial $20k to 30k toward their Grand Opening promotion. You will also contribute 1% of gross sales to the Coconut Kenny’s Brand Development, 1% Minimum Expenditure for Local non-digital advertising as well as a minimum 1% for Local Digital Advertising. These investments help us keep our brand strong and support national and regional campaigns.
The initial term of your franchise agreement is 10 years, with two renewal options of five years.
